Following his practice as physician, surgeon and gynecologost/obstetrician for over 30 years, Ed served in leadership roles in both medical-administrative and governance capacities, including Vice President, Medicine for the former South Fraser Health Region, and Board Chair and President of the Mennonite Benevolent Society.



Arthur J. Enns, CHE

Chief Executive Officer, MBS and
Chief Operating Officer, Menno Home & Hospital

Having served in both Board governance and administrative leadership positions for 26 years, Arthur’s experience includes acute care and long-term care in British Columbia.  He also serves on the Board of the Denominational Health Association of BC, which he chaired from 2005 - 2008.  Arthur was appointed CEO of MBS in 2006.


Kim Hiebert

Chief Operating Officer
Menno Housing

Kim has held senior administrative positions in the fields of health and social services over the past 16 years, both in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. She led the establishment of the Assisted Living program at Menno Place and has overseen the tremendous growth of independent living on our campus—with 200 new suites being added in just a few years. Kim was appointed as COO of Menno Housing in 2004.



Kathrin McMath, BBA, CMA

Chief Financial Officer
MBS

Kathrin’s experience in healthcare accounting spans 12 years in both private sector and non-profit facilities in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, where she held Controller and Director of Finance positions. She also serves as a director of the BC Financial Healthcare Professionals Society and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Fraser Valley East Chapter. Kathrin was appointed as CFO of MBS in 2008.
