Independent Living
In building the first full campus of care in the province, MBS has long recognized the importance of providing housing for those who are able to live on their own—whether or not they access Home Support or other services.
For some, this has the added benefit of being able to stay in close contact with a spouse, brother, sister or friend who may be a resident of Menno Home or Menno Hospital.
Menno Housing Independent Living is a congregate housing model that combines private apartment units with basic support services and socializing opportunities to enhance quality of life and enable seniors to live safely, comfortably and independently for as long as possible.

Menno Housing welcomes residents from all ethnic and faith backgrounds. Applicants with a spouse living in Menno Home or Hospital and those who are MBS or Ebenezer Society members are prioritized on our Independent Living waitlists.
