Can I tour Menno Place?
Tours at Menno Apartments are available at our Open House which is held twice annually, in the spring and fall.

Tours available at Open House:
- Independent Living – Pavilion, Terrace West & Primrose Gardens
- Assisted Living – Terrace East
- Menno Place has both Private Pay and Subsidized Assisted Living Apartments.
- Subsidized Assisted Living must be applied for through Fraser Health, not Menno Place. Find more information on Fraser Health’s Assisted Living Information page.

Tours of Residential Care (Menno Home & Menno Hospital)
You must have a completed assessment for Residential Care through Fraser Health to receive a tour of Menno Home or Menno Hospital. Please call 604 859 7631. You will want to speak with the Life Enrichment Coordinator.

The waitlist for Assisted Living will vary depending on a number of variables. Please call 604-851-4000 for more information.
Funded (Subsidized) Assisted Living through Fraser Health
Fraser Health manages the waitlist for those who have an Assisted Living assessment. Those who are waiting are assessed and urgency of need is taken into account for each individual. There are 50 subsidized Assisted Living apartments in Terrace East.
Residential Care (Menno Home and Menno Hospital)
Fraser Health manages the waitlist for those who havea Residential Care assessment. Those who are waiting are assessed and urgency of need is taken into account for each individual.
There are 151 Residential Care spaces in Menno Hospital and 196 Residential Care spaces in Menno Home.
