Mennonite Benevolent Society

Membership in the Mennonite Benevolent Society (MBS) is open to members of any Mennonite congregation in BC (including both the Mennonite Church Canada and the Mennonite Brethren (MB) Conference) upon payment of a one-time fee of $150 per person. Staff of MBS or its facilities are not eligible for membership in the Society during their time of employment.

MBS members participate in electing the Board at Annual General Meetings, help guide the Board in major decisions for the future, and are given priority status for suites in Menno Housing.
